SENAF in collaboration with Inspera Business Consulting, is pleased to invite you to attend the 21st edition of MECSPE 2023 & METEF 2023, to be held in Bologna, Italy from 29th to 31st of March 2023.
MECSPE is Italy's reference exhibition for the manufacturing industry with 13 pavilions, the meeting point between production technologies and industrial supply chains, thanks to the synergy among various theme shows that take place at the same time and the innovative exhibiting system with avenues, squares and working isles.
Criteria for selection
For MECSPE, your company should be an importer of Engineering components, associated with any of the following sectors. purchasing managers/importers/distributors of machine tools, machines for plastics and sheet metal working machines.
For METEF they are looking for: Car manufacturers (cars, commercial and industrial vehicles); Transport (rail, ship and air); Ferrous and non-ferrous metal foundries
The person nominated should be a decision maker. Based on the company profile, SENAF will shortlist and select upto 8 potential buyers from India to visit in the exhibition as Buyers.
The trip will be partly hosted by the organisers including accommodation & breakfast for the duration of the exhibition and local transportation for the duration of the exhibition including airport drops and pick-ups.
Your 3 night stay will begin from the 28th of March and you can check-out on 31st March 2023 Morning either for your departure or your onward journey.
Note: The cost of your air travel to Italy, business visa and travel insurance will have to be borne by the individual /company.
Airport pick-up & drop will be provided to Milan Malpensa (MXP) or Bologna (BLQ) Airports or Bologna Railway station only by the organisers. You're requested to make your bookings accordingly.
Registration
To register, please fill in the attached Excel form and email it to us at the earliest. Please type the details and do not write or scan.
Kindly note that only fully completed forms will be eligible for selection. Submission of forms does not guarantee your participation at the event. The last date for submission is 9th January 2023 (Early confirmation allows organisers to book your hotel & other arrangements, allows you to book your ticket in advance)
The confirmation of your participation will be intimated to you shortly after the form submission.

In the case of No Show for reasons other than flight cancellation, strikes or failure to issue a visa, 100% of the overnight stay is charged to the buyer. For this reason, each company is kindly asked to provide the credit card information by filling up the Guarantee Form.
Once you submit your Buyer's form, it will be circulated amongst the exhibitors who will also seek your appointment in the Buyer's Lounge.
VISA APPLICATION
With Post-Covid changes in Visa application, the duration of visa issuance is much longer. Keeping this in mind you are recommended to book a slot with Italian VFS at the earliest. After the application your visa issuance might take much longer time than earlier. So, please apply much in advance by booking an application slot at VFS Italy website. All required documents for the 3 night's stay will be provided by the organisers such as invitation letter, Visura Camerale etc.
Organisers strongly discourage bringing family members during the exhibition, they may join you post exhibition.
